Faucet production process

Copper ingot → dissolution → casting (low-grade casting with foundry sand, high-quality faucet with gravity casting) → cleaning after casting → casting inspection → mechanical processing → tolerance inspection → leakage test → grinding → surface inspection → plating → plating inspection → assembly → water leakage test → finished product inspection → packaging → factory.

Casting: low-grade casting with sand casting, high-quality faucets with gravity casting, the relatively new technology is die casting, a pressure grinding molding similar to zinc alloy die casting process.
