IFAN Float Valve

The main feature is that the ball has no supporting shaft, the ball is clamped by two seats which is a "floating" state, it is mainly used in the pipeline to cut off, distribution and change the direction of medium flow. Floating ball valve mainly has seat seal design, reliable reverse seal valve rod, fire static function, automatic pressure relief and locking device and other structural features.

The working principle of

The float always floats on the water, and when the water rises, so does the float. The drift goes up and the link goes up. The connecting rod is connected to a valve at the other end, and when raised to a certain position, the connecting rod supports a rubber piston pad, sealing the water source. When the water level drops, the float drops, and the connecting rod drives the piston pad to open.

Float ball valve is to control the liquid level to adjust the amount of liquid. Full liquid evaporator requires the liquid level to maintain a certain height, generally suitable for the use of floating ball expansion valve. The working principle of float ball valve is to control the opening or closing of a valve by lowering and increasing the float ball in the float chamber by the action of liquid level. The floating ball chamber is placed on the side of the full liquid evaporator, and the upper and lower balance tubes are communicated with the evaporator, so the liquid level of the two is consistent. When the liquid level in the evaporator drops, the liquid level in the floating ball chamber also drops, so the floating ball drops, relying on the lever to increase the opening degree of the valve and increase the liquid supply. And vice versa.
