Air Valve Physical Design

The air valve is mainly composed of seat 1, valve plate 2, spring 3, lift limiter 4 and bolts, nuts and so on. The structure of the exhaust valve is basically the same as that of the suction valve, but the position of the seat and the lift limiter is exchanged. The lift limiter of the suction valve is near the inner side of the cylinder, and the seat of the exhaust valve is near the inner side of the cylinder. Ring valve is named for its thin ring disc. The seat and lift limiter have annular or hole shaped channels for gas passage. The disc is fitted with the sealing opening on the seat to form a seal. There is a guide boss on the lift limiter to guide the lifting of the valve plate.
