Cutting steel tubes
Choose non-damaging pipe fittings to ensure that the pipe is cut smoothly, without burr and edge, and the edge is smooth and smooth.
Select appropriate tools according to the diameter of the pipe to be cut. Professional pipe shears are used for general pipe diameters, while saw blades are required for large pipe diameters.
Clean face
The connecting end face between the tube and the pipe must be kept clean, dry and oil-free.
The depth of the mark
Mark the depth of the hot melt with a caliper or pencil on the pipe to avoid the problem of overmelting.
Pipe heating
Lead the tube end into the heat pipe sleeve at 260-280℃ to reach the marking depth.
Do not rotate the pipe end during the connection process. Push the pipe fitting onto the heating pipe until the position reaches the prescribed mark.
Hot melt connection
After heating for a certain time, insert quickly and horizontally to the previously marked depth.
Do not push too hard to prevent bending of the pipe head.
Fixed insert
In the water pipe connection process, do not rotate the insertion.
This makes it impossible for the pipe to remain horizontal and stable, so it is cooled and fixed after straight insertion. At the same time, the pipe should be clamped to avoid unstable bending.
