Pipe material: CPVC is mainly used to produce sheets, bars and pipes for conveying hot water and corrosive media. It can maintain sufficient strength at no more than 100 ℃ and can be used for a long time under high internal pressure. The weight of CPVC is 1 / 6 of brass and 1 / 5 of steel, and it has very low thermal conductivity. Therefore, the pipe made of CPVC has light weight, good thermal insulation and no need for thermal insulation.
CPVC pipes can be used as hot sewage pipes, electroplating solution pipes, thermochemical reagent delivery pipes and wet chlorine pipes in chlor alkali plants.
Injection molded parts: CPVC resin can be used to produce pipe fittings, filter materials, dehydrators, and electronic and electrical components. Such as trunking, conductor protective layer, electrical switch, fuse protective cover, cable insulation material, etc.
Rolled sheet: it can be used to manufacture chemical and corrosion-resistant chemical equipment, such as reactors, valves, electrolytic cells, etc.
Composite materials: CPVC composite materials made of CPVC and some inorganic or organic fibers have better impact resistance and heat resistance than other resin composite materials, and can be made into sheets, pipes, corrugated boards, profiles, etc.
CPVC can be used for the modification of chloroprene fiber: the washing temperature of domestic chloroprene fiber shall not exceed 60 ℃. When 30% CPVC is added to the neoprene during spinning, the heat resistance and shrinkage of the foamed material can be greatly improved: the heat resistance of CPVC foamed material is better than that of PVC foamed material. High temperature shrinkage is very small, which can be used as insulation material for hot water pipes and steam pipes. CPVC with chlorine content over 60% has very good solvent retention. CPVC can be foamed in the solvent that generates gas after heating to obtain uniform microporous foaming gas, which can be used as a foaming agent with a boiling point of 50 ~ 160 ℃. Other blends of CPVC with thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics,
CPVC with higher impact resistance and better transparency has also been prepared by improving the production process abroad. This transparent material can be used in automobiles, CDs and audio-visual products, with good economic benefits.
