The preparatory work
(1) Design construction drawings and other technical documents have been prepared and reviewed jointly.
(2) The construction organization design has been determined, and the technical disclosure has been made, and the laying method is understood.
(3) Before pipeline installation, the appearance quality of materials and the tolerance of pipe fittings should be carefully checked, and the dirt in the contaminated pipe and pipe fittings should be thoroughly cleaned.
(4) Construction personnel should understand the building structure form, the height of the ceiling, the number of pipes in the tube well, determine the pipe position, and master the connecting technology of pipe fittings and other basic operating points.
Work in conjunction with the building
(1) Small caliber pipelines should be installed using the flexible performance of the pipeline, as far as possible not to set or set less pipe connectors. The minimum bending radius of pipe without connectors is 8De.
(2) When the pipeline passes through the floor slab, roof concrete wall panel and pool wall, it shall be coordinated with civil construction reserved holes, embedded casing or pipe fittings according to the design requirements. The reserved aperture should be larger than the outer diameter of the pipe 70mm, and the inner diameter of the embedded casing should not be larger than the outer diameter of the pipe 50mm.
(3) If the pipe passes through the roof floor, leakage prevention measures should be strictly taken.
(4) The wall laying pipe should be equipped with civil construction reservation or cutting pipe groove at certain parts. The distance between the groove wall and the outer wall of the pipe should not be less than 10m m, the groove depth should not be less than 5mm between the outer wall of the pipe and the wool wall, and the groove should be neat and smooth.
Pipe support
(1) General support and fixed support are provided for pipe riser and horizontal pipe.
(2) The fixed supporting parts should be made of steel, and should be located near the pipe fittings and pipelines; The part of the main pipe at the shunt of the piping system.
(3) Pipe expansion should be compensated by pipe bending, and the length of the cantilever end should not be greater than the length of the calculated pipe section.
(4) Straight pipe, expansion joint should be set between two fixed support points, and meet the pressure requirements.
(5) The pipe through the wall is the general support point, in the casing or hole gap should be filled with soft filler.
(6) At the end of pipeline installation, pipe plugging should be used for plugging, and the plugging pressure performance should meet the requirements of pipeline pressure test.
Pipe insulation
Hot and cold water pipe heat insulation, the basic material should be single-side open high foaming polyethylene shell, thickness should not be less than 15mm. After the insulation material is covered, the roof cold water pipe should be wrapped with two thermal insulation layers of 100 ~ 120mm width and 0.22mm thickness, which should be constructed according to the design requirements. Black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) film, the protective layer of the outer surface with 1mm immersion wire, the spacing of 400 ~ 450mm.
Pipeline pressure test
After the pipeline is installed, the water pressure test should be carried out. The test pressure is 1.5 times of the working pressure of the pipeline system, but not less than 0.60mpa. The pressure of the system should be gradually increased, and after rising to the specified pressure, the pressure should be stabilized for 1h, and then observe whether there is water leakage in the contact part.
