Solderability

Although pp pipe and PE pipe can be hot-melt welded, the former is easier to operate, the former has round flanging, while the PE pipe has irregular flanging and is easy to block; the welding temperature is also different. The former is 260, and the PE pipe is 230. Using the former special welding machine is easy to over-weld, causing water leakage. In addition, because the PE pipe material is easy to oxidize, special tools are needed to scrape off the oxide skin on the surface before welding, otherwise a complete pipeline cannot be formed. , The pipeline is easy to leak, and the construction is more troublesome.
