1. Concealed installation

2. External pipe network

Compensation for linear expansion should be considered when installing PPR tubes outdoors. When installing the anchor bolt, take care to divide the PPR pipe into sections so that the expansion force is directed in the desired direction.

3. Installation of shaft pipe

If bolts are installed near the two branches of the main pipe, the main pipe riser can be vertically telescoped between the two layers. The distance between the two anchors in the wellbore shall not exceed three meters. Other methods can be used to compensate for inflation.

1. During welding, the temperature is 260℃. Connect the machine to the power supply. When the green light flashes, it indicates that the welding temperature has been reached and the work begins. If the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃, the heating time will be extended by 50%.

2. Due to the light material and good elasticity, all welding must be carried out on the workbench. Based on this advantage, man-hours can be saved.

3. Sometimes, some connections should be made within the wall. It should be noted that there is enough room to operate accurately at the connection location.

Welding method:

1. Use special scissors to cut PPR pipe, the cutting edge should be smooth without burr;

2. Clean the welding position of PPR pipes and fittings to reduce the damage to joint quality;

3. Weld with a heating head matching the size of the PPR pipe to be welded, and heat it to 260℃;

4. Mark the welding depth on the PPR pipe wall with a marker;

5. At the same time, insert the pipes and fittings of PPR into the welding device and heat them according to the specified time;

6. After heating, push the pipe and pipe vertically and hold it for more than 5 seconds. Don't use too much force in case it bends.

It should be noted that when welding, do not shake left and right, and the time should not be too long. Piping and fitting specifications should be uniform. In addition, welding equipment should have a constant temperature setting. If the temperature is too high, the weld can not completely melt through, it will be easy to leak; If the temperature is too low, the welding speed is slow, and the welding time will be longer.

PPR water pipe can also use socket connection, pipe and pipe fittings are completely integrated, the strength of the joint even exceeds the strength of the pipe body, as long as the construction is proper, after the completion of the pressure test, the reliability is very high.

Construction Specifications:

1. Before the pipeline installation and construction, the construction drawings and other technical documents should be complete, and the drawings should be publicized to meet the construction requirements; At the same time, to ensure that various hardware facilities can ensure the construction; Finally, the construction personnel should receive professional technical training in pipe installation;

2. The pipes and fittings provided shall meet the design requirements, and shall be accompanied by product instructions and quality certificates;

3. Materials showing signs of damage should not be used. If there is a problem with the quality of the pipe, it should be carefully checked before use;

4. In the process of pipeline installation, the opening should be blocked in time to avoid pipeline blockage and pollution;

5. In the process of installation and construction, the grade and use occasion of cold and hot water pipelines should be reviewed, and the surface of pipelines should be marked outwards in an eye-catching position.
