1. About color
Pure water pipe color and water pipe quality stand or fall do not have any relation. PPR raw materials are originally produced in fact colorless, that is, transparent, must be added to the master to have color, white water pipe is of course added to the white master, with it pure and impure also have no relationship. So, CONDUIT COLOR THIS THING, AT BEST ALSO CAN REFLECT A FEW INDIVIDUAL TASTE OF MANUFACTURER ONLY, LOOK AS CONSUMER GOOD. Why can't PPR conduit be made transparent directly then? We'll come back to that later.
2. About size
The first thing to know is that the diameter of the 4 pipe is small, and the diameter of the 6 pipe is large. The price of the 6 pipe is more expensive than that of the 4 pipe. Is this expensive one necessarily good? You could say that, but it's not exactly accurate. You have to understand why.
The pipe diameter of section 6 is larger than that of section 4, so the manufacturing cost is a little higher. The actual benefit it brings is that the water pipe flow is larger. Is the flow good? Of course. However, someone's home has a six point pipe, but the water meter has a four point connection, which is meaningless. So what's the choice? Considering the size of flow, economy, water consumption habits, which vary from person to person, is a more humanized design method. Flow size is good or bad, and water habits are very much related to, not equal, but according to demand distribution, every outlet needs you to take into account.
3. About the wall thickness
For pipes of the same outer diameter, the thinner the wall thickness, the inner diameter will indeed be slightly larger, but this is at the cost of the thinner wall thickness. What does wall thickness affect? Is the bearing capacity of water pipe, is the service life of water pipe. And what determines the flow rate of our pipes? As we said above, the flow rate of the water pipe mainly depends on the diameter specification. The difference in pipe diameter specification is generally in millimeters, and the difference in wall thickness is in the next millimeters.
4. About light transmission
Why do we add masterbatch when we make water pipes? Why don't we make them transparent? This is actually to make the water pipe light - proof, so you have to add color masterbatch into the water pipe. Because the light through the water pipe into the water, will let the water pipe wall algae, is not conducive to the use and maintenance of water pipes.
So why is it that some colored water pipes with master colors are still permeable? This is because the masterbatch they use is not strong enough to cover up. A really good pipe must be light - proof.
5. About raw materials
The difference between good raw material and poor raw material is that the poor raw material has a larger melting range and a higher melt flow rate. What problems does this cause? Even when the water pipe is welded, it starts to melt at a lower temperature. After melting, the material will be relatively thin and soft. Too thin and soft material is actually not conducive to welding, and the welded pipe is more prone to problems. So why does this happen with poor ingredients? To put it simply, it is because there are more things mixed in the material. After more things mixed, there will generally be a decline in the initial melting point and an elongated melting distance.
